Taco Rock 29: Discover Pensacola's Best Mexican Fast Food

I never write reviews but for this place, I feel it is necessary! My mom and I have been coming here for over 5 years now and I can tell you it’s the best Mexican food In Pensacola. We have tried many items from chef Odette but our favorite is Burrito Verde, or the nachos. The pico de gallo is so fresh and delicious. This time we got chorizo nachos with no crema, and steak nachos with extra cheese and they were amazing! The food is always fresh and hot. We would eat here everyday if we could. I’ve read a few bad reviews for this place and they are ridiculous, we’ve never had a bad experience or any food that was less than perfect. We had a mistake once where something had crema on it when we said no crema, but we just took it off because she is not allergic but I’m sure they would replace it if we wanted with no problems. Odette is always sweet to her customers. We live across town and hope that one day there will be a closer location to us, but for now we don’t mind driving to Pensacola Blvd for them because it’s 100% worth it everytime. We will continue to come here for many more years to come.

Their Birria Tacos are TO DIE FOR!!! Amazing!!! Hot , lots of meat, cheese. The flavors are insane. I finished every single taco and my stomach was ready to explode and I still wanted MORE !!! This place is definitely worth it. Super friendly and helpful service, the drive thru was pretty quick and they cook your food to order so it’s hot and fresh. I washed my 4 tacos down with a big Horchata which was also amazing. Thank you Taco Rock!!!!! Awesome awesome awesome

This is a legit Hidden Gem. Taco Tuesdays are legit nice tacos for 99 cents. I stopped here on vacation. Very fast seating fast food was hot and fresh. Customer service was excellent 5 stars from the waiter Tiyo. He was very laid back knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive. Easy to communicate and was quick on his feet. This place is very good. I would recommend it. If I had a negative thing, it was the parking it shares the lot with other businesses. I had to walk several mins to get to the restaurant.

Love this place for birria tacos. I decided to go there for the cheesy birria ramen I heard of, but unfortunately, they were all sold out when I got there (1 hour before closing so def my fault). Decided on the tamales platter, and it was delicious. Some of the best tamales I've ever had. The sauce that's on top is spicy and flavorful. I had a spicy sauce container and never even used it. This food was flavorful enough. Nothing else needed to be added except a nice cold drink. Every time I go there, workers are patient and helpful- ranks as the top 3 best customer service in Pensacola. I will definately be back because I need that birria ramen. Please note: this is a drive thru. There are no tables to eat at. I live about 15 minutes away and the food still tasted hot and fresh.

Some of the best most authentic Mexican food you’ll find in Pensacola. The tacos are always so good! They make them very similar to Tijuana style. Our recent visit I wanted to try the small order of homemade tamales. They are excellent! Best I’ve tasted in the area!
